Day1, Torrance, CA
First we visited Robinson Helicopter Company, specialized in light helicopter manufacturing.
Countless helicopters lined up in the factory.

We discussed future business plan in the meeting at hand-made and friendly atmosphere.

We plan to visit BELL HELICOPTER next year.

Day2, Demonstration flight by HONETWELL
Airport is located at 30-minutes drive from Torrance, CA.
A small airport with the total length about 800m looks like Chofu Airport in Japan.

Our staff who deal with the latest avionics products had a valuable experience to learn and see how the avionics actually work during flight.

Day3, HELI-EXPO 2005
HONEYWELL Booth Honeywell displayed multi function equipments as they did in the Air Show in Japan.
AR602C Memory Flight Recorder
Records cockpit voice data and flight data, also analyzes and inspects using Windows software.

KDR510 Data Link Receiver
Receives weather data from ground.

KMD540 Multi Function Display
Indicates maps, weather, traffic and terrain data.

KA815 Directional Antenna for TAS.

IHA910 TCAS Processor.


TRA45A and MFRD (right)
Both indicate terrain and radio altimeter.


Hand-made Annunciator box for demonstration of EGPWS.
Simulates flight with on a Personal Computer.
